Dear Lisa,
Say, would it be possible for you to give me a list (5-6 houses) that have recently SOLD in our area. Specs: 3 Bd, 2 1/2 baths, 2800 sq, feet, radiat heat, diamond finish plaster, portal and courtyad. I am battling with the Assessor’s office–they have my house appraised way over what cmparables advertised BUT they want SOLD HOMES–not ones for sale. I really would appreciate this and can pick up the information once I hear from you.
I am doing a little better (spinal surgery) but still have to wear a “wound vac” on my wound and have had it since early April. But I am getting closer in getting it off.
